It's been a while since we had any progress in the project but there is still hope but we need help from every one to help gather as much reference material as possible since we lost alot of them when our other forum got closed.
If you have some relevant reference material (image, technical data about the ship or the universe) that could help us revive this universe you can share them in the new forum we juste created.

While those sites are great for thechnical data they don't have much reference material for the modeler wich is what we are currently looking for
I can help you find some reference material if you need--I've been looking through it myself and am re-watching the series.
I'd also like to ask permission to add your Andromeda model and texture into my own mod (not an Andromeda mod) as a random, capturable neutral ship--a pirate base "easter egg".
Just a fan of the series and hate to see it (or this mod) forgotten--full credit would be given if you are willing.

In fact, I just happened on this. I'd STRONGLY encourage you to go to the site and suggest you talk to the owner. the models look mostly lo-poly and completely done. He has views of all of them--most of them 3-way and has 90% of the Andromeda ships shown on his Photobucket site there.

Ok--looks like it was the start of a total conversion mod for Star Trek Armada. There were at least three or four people working on it and at one point they had a mod posted up on Battleclinic.com as the "AndrArmada mod".
it may be pulled down now as I am not seeing it.

These mods need permissions to use model-wise and conversions but their resources will give you enough to create your own from them if using them isn't an option.
It's the most comprehensive work on Andromeda ships I can find anywhere.
