Meet the Bloodborn! image - And so it began: The Great War of Calradia mod for Mount & Blade: Warband
Hello and welcome to And so it Began. I have taken it upon myself to edit the continent of Calradia. Now, I hear you asking me, what is within this mod? Well, well, well. Massive troop tree upgrades to say the least, followed by new equipment (Weapons, armor, etc) and a whole sortie of new banners. Is that all, you ask? No. It is not. The mod is in its very early stages of development and as a one man team, massive features (such as diplomacy, freelancer, etc) will take time to implement. I can promise you now that this mod will not be a waste of your time and you may thoroughly enjoy what it offers in-game.
Now this, this is interesting. A new mercenary faction (based off of something that came to my mind whilst doing some writing) has been implemented. Replacing the Watchman, don't worry - the other mercs still appear, their is a new troop tree which brings my fiction to life. They mix between One-handed, Two-handed and Polearms (there are archers too.) The cavalry takes over the troop tree towards the end, finishing on Blood Father. God bless ChokeOnAPear for letting me use his weapons pack from the beautiful Calradia Reimagined mod. Their army gets sexier as they progress, finishing with the Gothic Plate. I hope you enjoy playing with these in the next release

Bloodborn... niiice name!
Story behind it is rather dark... Mothers dying at birth, fathers wanting nothing to do with the children, sent to the Bloodborn Order to be trained and become mercenaries... etc.
Yea that's the type of stuff I like :D
i've got a 50 men army of bloodborn... they are ******* awesome!
