Installation instructions. - After downloading the game, place it into the main folder of Amnesia and start the game with the .bat file.
If you have the steam version, you have to go to steam, right click on Amnesia, properties,and set launch options and add the line - config/TheUntold_main_init.cfg - and start the game through steam.
Story telling is mostly trough voice acting and dialogs.
There are over 60 notes in the entire game, not counting the notes not relating to the main story.
Puzzles- few and far in between. We focused on gameplay itself over little gimmicks.

Patch 1.0.1 is out.
In order to install the Update 1.0.1 for Amnesia The Untold, you have to extract the map folder to any location, and after that place it into the main folder of Amnesia: The Dark Descent. After that the update should be installed and working properly.
What does the update contain : Added a missing ceiling into the sewer level.
The Infamous block box in the insanity level.
Fixed the beginning location on the Outside map,
Spawn locations for monster on different maps.
Transition between Workers Quarter and Outside Fixed.
Fixed the problem with a the rusty dungeon key being missed on the house map. Now players can get it from outside the country house.

Didn't like this at all. Sorry.
Sorry man, I did not like this one at all. I thought I was going to get a very cool experience in Brennenburg Castle and exploring places that you couldn't before. If I wanted to play a ******* love story, then I would have moved to something else. The story's too short, you're in Brennenburg Castle for a very, very short time, and it seems obvious that you trailed way the **** off of The Untold story, So sorry, I give this a 1.3/10.
Wow, that's just overreacting.
The part where you need to find the right combination for the 8 Levers to unlock a locked door isn't working for me. I put in the right combination and nothing happens. Somebody help me, please.
Tried getting rid of the mod but It just ended up ruining my files and causing Amnesia to not want to work anymore, thanks a lot.
I am sorry but I can't see why the mod would ruin your game. Don't blame our mod for the fact that you don't know how to uninstall a full conversion mod.
there the my recension:
good: finally works (good that you fixed that)
bad: there is no key or any memento for open a secret passage >:(
you gonna fix it again and add more memento, cause i'm stuck at first
map and i just found a torch... 2 on 10 :v
Ok, this is mostly bad in my opinion
Bad:
- maps copied from the original game (with slight differences)
- no proper lighting
- somewhat poorly detailed maps
- slow walk almost troughout the whole story
- not scary at all
- confusing with rooms with level doors in them, and in the rooms there's more level doors
- scares poorly executed
- flickering textures and some minor glitches
Good:
- Good voice acting
- Excellent story, I liked it alot, I mean alot.
I'm going to give it a 6/10
Maps copied from the original game ? I'm sorry but only two maps from the original game are in the mod. And that's because the game is taking place before the Dark Descent.
I'm sorry of my english, I meant some maps.
