I fear my life is in peril. Where I am or how I got here I have no recollection of, for my memory is fragmented and my mind scattered. I find it necessary to write down my thoughts for fear of losing them again. I don't know how many times I have drifted in and out of consciousness, or for how long I have been here. I see visions beyond this nightmare, visions of wood and carpet instead of stone and dirt, I hear rain.
Oh my god, I just beat the story with all relics and... Just wow. You should be commended for making something that unique and gripping with DEFAULT AMNESIA OBJECTS. The only two problems I had with it was there was not enough Laudanum. And that for okay-ish computers, the large "hub" room that you start chapter 2 in lags at about 10 FPS anywhere in the map. I don't know if you can, but if you can tone down the mapping for that particular map, like, split the big hallway towards the mechanical door with a loading screen, that would be great.
I think it is very fun, and the boss fight made it 100000X better. The only reason I said an 8 was because I pickedup something and it stretched across the whole map, but didn't interfere with me. the torture chambers were irritating, especially the escape part
Just awful. This makes me very sad, as the game started out with so much promise. Then we get to the bit where you clear the blood in the torture chamber and this "assault course" ensues. THIS GAME IS NOT DESIGNED FOR ASSAULT COURSE STYLE PLAY! Its a mysetery solving horror survival game, not bloody Mirrors Edge! The graphics engine simply can't cope with all the obsticles, meaning the player gets stuck on every piece of falling scenery and the the whole experience is frustrating / borderline unplayable. I'm sorry, genuinely. This looked so good at the outset :-(
