This patch was created to add the HD skins that came bundled with the new re-release of American McGee's Alice. I figured since many people who have played this mod had an original copy of Alice and would love to have the new HD skins without having to buy the game again. So here you are. Also, I sharpened these HD textures even more to make them look better then they originally did. Enjoy.

Thanks for the mod, the game looks great :-)
Had one small issue though, but I don´t even know if it´s your mod that´s causing it:
In the Pool of Tears level, no leaf would fall down for me, so I had to noclip through that area.
I said you do not need any of the previous patches. I never said you don't need the original 1.0 download. If you didn't need version 1.0, I would have removed it from the downloads section.
Just put your new Alice skin in a pak file that has a name that would come after my pak files if you put them in alphabetical order. That should work. Have fun and thanks for liking my mod.
I also can't wait to play and mod the next Alice.
It worked weirdly, but it worked. The first time I did it, it reset my widescreen fix and deleted the seta r_mode code line in the config file. I was slightly confused when I booted up Alice because I didn't notice at first that that was what happened. I thought it overwrote your texture files because the skin had 2 files and so I thought the bland stretched textures were just normal because they'd been overwritten. I went to the menu and realized the box had been shortened to 4:3 (don't know why I didn't see it before I loaded a save). I just put the seta r_mode line back in and everything was fine w/your textures plus different Alice skin. Thanks.
No problem buddy. Have fun.
Also, to clarify... You at least need Alice Madly Enhanced v1 along with these files. It was slightly confusing saying no older ones were needed. I obviously understood what you meant once I downloaded 1.5 because I just saw 2 files. Steps:[copy/paste/replace v1 in Alice Base folder, then copy/paste/replace v1.5]. You might want to make that more clear.
Hi! Skin looks great. Just wondering how to change solely the Alice texture mod. I'd like to be able to switch that one out at will without having to mess with the rest of your stuff. I tried just putting a skin mod in and seeing what would happen, but still keeps your alice skin. Advice?
BTW, cant wait to play the new alice
downloading now, can't wait. Alice still looks great even today and this will help make it look even better.
Thank you. Let me know if you like it.
