Amendment is a government funded project to create advanced robotic technology capable of exploring planets and moons which previously were unexplorable. The programme started with simple robots able to perform basic functions, but as exploration became more demanding the technology needed to be enhanced. After 25 years of extensive research, four robots were created able to explore worlds and environments that no human could. They were known as Alpha, Beta, Charlie and Delta. These went on a series of 3 missions to Venus to gather information on it's properties and landscape structure. The first mission was a failure. Alpha was inexplicably destroyed upon entering the atmosphere of Venus and the remaining robots sustained minor damage. The second mission was a failure. Delta and Charlie were inexplicably destroyed upon entering Venus' atmosphere and Beta sustained minor damages. The third mission is currently in progress.
Is this mod buried or still rotting somewhere, some1 should bury it before it gets smelly...
For some obvious reasons, this mod is released without a download. Another dead HL2 mod here.
I don't know man.....
Maybe you could set it on a dwarf planet.
if the release date was June 11 of this year, where's the download link?
I can't waiittttt
Just looked it up, and its seems Jupiter does have a land surface its just a bit small. Not really enough for the mod.
Well the mod sounds interesting. Not sure what the gameplay is but oh well. Watched.
So... how do the robots "land" on jupiter? It's a gas giant...
yeah, Jupiter is made up of gas and liquid so we probably won't set it there. It looks like the only other planet is Mars but that's a bit clichéd. We'l, probably end up making our own planet up... it's still very much a work in progress.
what about one of jupiter's moons then instead?
that's a good idea
