Birotum (from Latin cart on two wheels) is a battle wagon with closure for all crew and beast. The version is Amazons: Total War RTW/BI mode is also the penultimate in ancient wagon warfare technology. It has three ballistas, front Chavel-de-Fris, plus side sickle blades attached to the wheels.
The lineage carries on to 15th Century's Hans Talhoffer Manuscript, and then to Panzer Wagons, then finally to today's battle tanks.
