More progress on the mod based on feedback!
Currently working alone, so it might take a while until i get help.
Using CS:GO models / textures as a base, they will change in the end to custom made.
Chapter 0's base is based on HL2 Beta.
Awesome work, map 0 looks like it's going to be a ton of fun to play! Neat effect with the opening text too.
Also, what is the music in the video?
The second chapter? JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Diamond is Unbreakable - Courage
It actually fits Alyx's adventurous and independent character. It'd be nice to hear it in the finished mod. :3
I'm glad that you came back, I was very intrigued by your story line, and this continues to pull me back into the mod even more!
Just some criticism, I gather the idea about the intro's location was that it was during the Black Mesa incident, right? the problem was that it looked just like the apartment blocks of City 17, maybe take some design influence from Black Mesa Source? and just another nitpick, Alyx's mother sounds too young, like a teenager, I'd imagine it to sound powerful and commanding, but with slight worry, like Alyx, almost. Again, sorry for the critiques, but I just wanted to give my thoughts on the WIP sequence.
If you;re talking about the part where the chapter 1 has begun, they're already away from Black Mesa, so it's suppose to look more like something from city 17 or BM East. And if you mean the part before she loses consciousness. It was like a regular kid's room, it didn't remind me much of city 17. I don't think we ever got to see Black Mesa's Level 3 Dormitories in their full glory, so he can have some liberties.

The intro is indeed during the black mesa incident, i haven't played the newest black mesa source, but i will look into it!
I will try to improve the chapter later on, once i have some models / textures of my own.
That music is great! So is the environment!
