I wish you would give MEC some locally made weapons.
What do you mean?
I have never heard of any weapons that are being made in the mid east, except for Israeli weapons like the galil and the desert eagle. And since the MEC is not allies with Israel, I can't imagine them using their weapons. Also, the customization system allows 3 guns per class, and if I assume correctly, then JONES already planned out the future additions. So that doesn't leave much room for more guns.

Why change it to A4? I've never been a fan of collapsible stocks, just my opinion.
what change it? youve seen a G3A4 in ap yet? my plan was on using the p4f one which Develop013 is about to release his animations on soon, i dont even know if it have a colapsible stock or whatever but the model is still by ages better then the regular bf2 one
I had the impression the 4 signified it had a collapsible stock, well at least according to Wikipedia.

To TheObscure,first two are Iranian made,third is Sudanese.
I guess I was wrong then. I've only seen one of those before and that is the KH2002. The second one's name is DIA G3 judging by the pic, but when I search it on google, I get nothing. So please link me to the gun's wiki page or something. As for the 3rd one, that gun is a direct clone of the m16 so it doesn't count, and for your information, Sudan is not in the Middle East, it's in Africa. So that leaves one weapon and that is the KH2002. Just one..
Do not forget the JNG-90, which made no sense to be in BF3 at all since neither Russia or the US use Turkish weapons.

To the TheObscure,second is prototype of G3 in bullpup configuration made by DIO,I am not sure it have some proper name other than G3.Third gun have long history of copying so I'll be short :
Chinese Norinco started cloning M16A1 without license putting few changes here and there,then Iran brought licence from Chinese to produce those rifles naming them S-5.56,and after that Sudan got rights to copy S-5.56 from Iran,naming it Terab,so although it is a basically a M16,it is not a direct copy at all.As for Sudan,well it is only anti western/Israel
Arabic country alongside Syria that would team up with Iran irl,so they are MEC imo,and oh yeah,they are not part of old Mideast you were refering,but are part of greater Mideast,term used by G8.
Sorry to pop in the discussion, but what about the Tabuk sniper rifle, it's iraqi made, looks like a rpk/dragunov hybrid. Also the FN FAL is a popular weapon in africa and the middle-east.

nope and i doubt it will sadly... this would require new shaders and since we use special scope shaders for our 3d zooms atm this might cause troubles in combination, also since we dont have a shader coder anymore...
Yeah we in PR have the same issue, I feel your pain! I was hoping to use PR's thermal vision to work something together but it was beyond me!
