Allied Intent Xtended is the most feature rich single player experience there is for BF2. Building upon the great Allied Intent Mod, AIX aims to deliver an amazing array of content which is 100% bot compatible for use in single player and coop gamemodes. With a sea of multiplayer only or partial sp mods out there, AIX's main focus has always been about creating the best experience for SP that we possibly could. It's important to note that while AIX can be played in a multiplayer environment, the nature of this mod will make the conquest MP game modes unfairly balanced as things are created with bots in mind! Features: - 14 custom maps and 10 Dice remakes! - New UN Army! - 37 Custom weapons and 7 custom kit items! - 32 new aircraft! - Resupply crates! - Pickup kits and gun crates! - Enhanced AI strategies! - New Bot behaviours and full support for easy offline stats and awards in AIX 2.0!

"here is a V-22 Osprey for free use by the BF2 community. it is currently set up to work in the AIX environment but can be modified to suit your own purposes and can be put into any BF2 mod you like. it is 100% SP ready with all A.I. implemented and working BUT it does require you to do some copy+paste work on your mod's aiBehaviours.ai file, and so i do NOT recommend this for beginners. if used outside AIX, the user may have to substitute some resources from their own mod
inside the zip file is a second passworded zip which contains the files you'll need - the password can be gained by reading the included ReadMe (i regret that this was necessary, but in the past people have ignored my ReadMes and then PM'ed me to ask for instructions that were right under their noses. READ THE README TO GET THE PASSWORD.)
it is far from perfect and has a few quirks (mostly to make it SP compatible, or able to work well inside BF2's tiny maps) but it is a very capable transporter and can carry 8 guys, including the pilot and co-pilot/gunner. its downside is that it is quite vulnerable to air attack.
armament is in the form of a single retractable belly-mounted Gatling type cannon with a full hemisphere of travel, so - unlike with most transport heli and attack heli cannons where enemy infantry are safe once the heli has passed over head - the osprey can still track them quite easily and deal out punishment."
