A Half-Life 2 single player conversion based on the Anime movie "Akira".
The mod is a mixture of the graphic novel and the movie, with elements from both being included. Character models will largely be from the movie, the plot will essentially follow the graphic novel.
The mod is going to be quite small to start with; it will include five weapons, five psychic powers, five vehicles, a dozen character models and five levels.
The look/feel will follow the anime style, including cell shading and full-tone textures. The models, however, will be quite detailed, to give a feeling of substance.

i wish this person would continue making this mod because actualy somone already thought of this theres a beta version of an akira hl2 mod just look it up on google it was hard to find BUT its very glitchy and cut and paste it freezes at certian points theres only one place on the map and the map is very small
