The clouds that the town floats upon are brilliant, it's great that you can jump over to that lighthouse also, be like leaving the island and getting over to new land that's detached.

I like how this is coming together. Btw, are you looking into the UDK? I'm curious as to whether or not it provides any more useful features than just the UT3 Editor.
oh it definitely does provide useful features, for msuc we stay with ut3 after that there are not many things which speak agains switching to udk
