AEW - amckerns Explosion Wars

aEW (amckerns Explosion Wars) is an expolsive prodcust based mod, with a death match style game play aEW supports its custom roho bots, and has over 70 models to chose from - with more, and more models each update aEW boasts the WID - weapon ID - system that tells players what wepon they are near aEW has been named the fastest made MOD on the moddb with version 1 just taking over 6 hours to build, though version 2 sat in develoment for over 6 months to make it more enjoyable. The mod has been fetured in PC Gamer UK, with version 3 on the cover mount.

Introduction Welcome to my explosion wars mod – the only mod made in 9 hours, well one of them any way. aEW is a death match game, with team play as well, though aEW is set up as a death match game. The MOD Can also be found on PC Gamer UK Issue 130's DVD Rom Weapons 1. Satchels 2. Trip mines 3. Snarks 4. Hg 5. And the RPG You also spawn with a 9mm handgun, as a back up to snark troughs that go wrong, use this gun wisely, as you may run out of clips in a rather fast time. Included bots in the installer, so no downloads needed if you need to run a server with bots, to remove the bots simply run no_bots.bat and it will change it back, though will keep all way points, and bot files.

Added weapon name VOX To each weapon when near it.

Added better lighting – aew_out now has lighting near the car

Added 4 more player models

Version 1 –

AEW is made public on 17/08/2002. Included in the download were 21 player models, and 2 maps.
