Have you ever wondered what modDB would be like if it existed in Real life™, have you ever wondered what it would be like to explore, or how the enviroment would really be if all the users were together? If you're expecting another "ultra realism mod" look away and go wash your eyes out with bleach, if you're looking for something different to play then look no further. This is a Total Conversion for Grand Theft Auto 3, one of my first actually, think Real GTA 3 without the realism. Featuring a shitload of new cars or atleast things with wheels that can move. NPC's personalities, looks, and other characteristics are designed based on the real user. New sounds, locations, etc. I hope to have Multi-Theft-Auto support for Multiplayer later on.

Oi Adrian, why don't you use the Liberty City mod for Vice City? It puts the entire Liberty City into the GTA: VC engine, meaning you can steal romp around LC but with better grapphics and sweetness. Besides, I have over 850 skins for Vice City, and they don't work for GTA3 :(
