This is a Total Conversion for Grand Theft Auto 3, one of my first actually, think Real GTA 3 without the realism. Featuring a shitload of new cars or atleast things with wheels that can move. NPC's personalities, looks, and other characteristics are designed based on the real user. New sounds, locations, etc. I hope to have Multi-Theft-Auto support for Multiplayer later on.
