I see you took my advice and jacked up the shadows on the textures...nice. However, I would make decorating the walls a priority. Also, cubicles are designed to keep people from socializing in a small space (sad, in't it?) so the walls should be just high enough that you can't see over them completely.
You do amazing concepts even without a modeler--great work! I hope you get contacted soon... I can't model :(
I'm learning to model and am already trying to apply for concept artist, they may have a moddeler soon...!
