ABR COP MOD is a global (audio\video\gameplay) survival overhaul with vanilla story and quests. More enemies, less freebies, not sellable looted weapons. Most of the used mods were reassambled to create a seamless experience.

Hmm... I wonder if I should have another go at this mod, dunno if anything substantial is changed from before though so it's hard to tell whether or not it warrants another redo from me. Regardless, it was quite unique, despite its HUGE spike in just how easily the MC can be killed of course... ^^;
There is a Story difficulty, do side missions, buy equipment. I don't know why it's so surprising for stalker fans that MC can be killed in the game, probably mutants and bullets are meant to be made of candys and honey I guess. And they call Call of Pripyat a survival horror, lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
P.S. There is the change log, the mod was just updated and ironed, it's still the same, as it was, if you didn't like it, better try something else, I can't give you an advice on other mods, since I don't play other mods at all.
It's fine, I appreciate the reply regardless. At least it isn't "Misery-level tough" at the very least, of which i'm VERY much grateful for, really. :>
Some call the mod a Misery clone though. The funiest part is that I didn't play Misery... The mod may be harsh at the start and demands to be careful, but when you progress quests and story it will be easier, like some rpg game. I tried to make it balanced as possible, it wasn't like I just made it hard just intentional and call it a day.
