Abandoned Town is a cryengine1 map set in a city like Pripyat. Technically more a map than a mod, it is composed mainly of non-vanilla objects. City buildings, streets and ambience are all inspired by STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl. The city landscape has been created by moddb member Vikom, and is largely complete. I will be doing the completing, ie Mission.lua, radar points, triggers, screen text, save points etc., plus my own ideas and add-ons.

Even though it is not a 100% copy, I tried to make it as similar as possible. I'm gonna include the rest of the building. More exactly, a gymnasium and a reception. I'm not sure about the bathrooms, since there's not enough visual media to work with.
Also, I've been thinking about turning it into a multiplayer map. I think it won't be bad for matches up to 4 people.
Hey Vikom which engine do u think is more stable cryengine or unreal engine??
I've never been working with UE but I'd say UE. (also probably matters what generation you mean)
CE's editor we're working with is "still" beta and it sometimes crashes.

Losing the vanilla FarCry look, the pool looks very realistic.
I'm in suspense waiting to see what AI are used. Maybe the beachgirls from mp_beachgirls.
The beachgirls can't be used for AI, if I remember correctly. However, I think you won't be disappointed anyway.
