This is a Half-Life 2 total conversion. It's a mod based strongly on Diablo 1 with the style of gameplay in Diablo 2. I always felt Diablo 1 had the better story and atmosphere, but Diablo 2 had the better gameplay and more useful features. In this mod, we're attempting to pull together the best of both of the games to bring the player into a truly download worthy mod. The story will be recreated from scratch and will be based loosely on the Diablo 1 story. This story will be entirely new and is not meant to affect the outcome of either Diablo 1, Diablo 2, or any of the Diablo novels or upcoming games (Diablo 3). We Will Not Release Crap

I really like the button and how the gargoyles are actually ON the HUD. Nice work Dremth.

Yeah this is the best one so far. I would leave it that way.. HUD is only a small part of the game ^^ Keep the updates coming! :)
Yah we realize the HUD is just a very small part but what we are doing is making the core elements of the game such as graphics, codes, and other stuff first. But that doesn't mean we don't have anything else done yet ;)
well, i figured i would show the community a lot of the hud since you see it all the time and i wanted to get some feedback.
I like this one the most, one thing I would like to see is that the health one be an angel or some symbol that represents life =). The gargoyle fits perfectly for mana though. Do you think you can make a white small line for xp, and make the stamina bar smaller. That would make this hud awesome!
well, the hud is most certainly getting better. I think you are close to the final version of the hud here.
this one look evil too. i wouldn't mind either this on or the gargoyles.
Its awesome, you dont know how long ive been waiting for some other diablo like game to come out - this might be it...
just one thing though, i think you should either make the stamina and exp bar smaller, or make them darker/shinier colours, the bright green and yellow are a bit TOO bright, just a bit... sorry, own opinion :-#
Why does everyone want the exp and stamina bars to be so small? I understand thats how diablo kind of had theirs but what will we put in all that extra space?
cant u put one bar above the other, and put the quick slots at the extra space?
why dont u use the original sprites? (the demon and the girl at the HP and MP metter)
