This is a Half-Life 2 total conversion. It's a mod based strongly on Diablo 1 with the style of gameplay in Diablo 2. I always felt Diablo 1 had the better story and atmosphere, but Diablo 2 had the better gameplay and more useful features. In this mod, we're attempting to pull together the best of both of the games to bring the player into a truly download worthy mod. The story will be recreated from scratch and will be based loosely on the Diablo 1 story. This story will be entirely new and is not meant to affect the outcome of either Diablo 1, Diablo 2, or any of the Diablo novels or upcoming games (Diablo 3). We Will Not Release Crap
Here's a newer version of the Concept 2 HUD. I changed the gargoyles a little to make them fit a little better and I took off the annoying color. Again, I can't really find any good side view images that would fit in well with the HUD, so if you find something that fits the Diablo style theme, isn't copyrighted, and is viewed from the side, please let me know.
this definitely already looks better than hud 2. The grey gargoyles set a nice contrast from the health and mana globes.
I'll also keep a look out for potential replacement items though. If I find anything I'll forward it to you guys! In any case, keep up the great work!

If the icons are so hard to find try finding the perfect one and reshaping the mana and HP spheres.. for example topaz shaped?
