Welcome to A World of Ice and Fire. A modification for Mount&Blade;: Warband based off of GRRM's A Song of Ice and Fire and the HBO TV show Game of Thrones. This mod has used Brytenwalda's source as a base to re-build upon. Be prepared to create your own house and challenge the Seven Kingdoms in this adaptation of Game of Thrones. A gritty world awaits you full of treachery and traitorous kings, lords and knights. Will you survive the slaughter and take the Iron throne, or will you succumb to the traitorous ways that goes forth in Westeros and Essos.

okay so Tons of no texture messages, plus invisible items and white items many sieges the attacking teams men cannot figure out how to use the ramps to get into the castle, they run run into the wall at the bottom. better face texture would be nice too
sorry for the bug post here just didn't know where to find the forum but yea the soldiers cannot get in during the sieges they just walk up to the walls screaming. that being said mod looks great
There are lots of missing textures, however, what have been done so far is simple gorgeous...congrats :)
my only complain is that Longclaw is supposed to be a bastard sword, not a one handed one

Hey Guys,Just downloaded thev0.6.0 and I dunno what went wrong
Its loading just fine and then i get to the screen with men walking up a mountain in snow saying 'A World of Ice and Fire[Alpha v0.6.0' and then i dont get the game main screen......The background music is still playing...Please help...Do I need the earlier versions?
Are you playing an English version?
You could try putting the native font data into the module files instead. Then delete the font texture from the texture files.

I have a small problem. I downloaded this version (V0.6.0 Alpha - Nightly Version). After installing the mod and run the game pops up an error: "get_object failed for texture: mountain_bump". What is the reason?
Does the game still run? Are you playing it with an upto date version of warband?
You could see if another mod has a texture of the same name and copy it into your A World of Ice and Fire textures folder.

Uhm for some reason the max download speed from moddb on this mod is 40 KB/s. Any alternative until that is fixed?

Anyone else getting the spy bug? Every lord hates me now becuase my apparent endless army of spies keep getting caught

enlisted as a soldier pressed inventory crashed went into battle crashed pls fix this
What version are you using? Its fixed in the current dev version.
can you fix the bug when you want to see your companion's inventory, because there is no option to do it, every time i click to talk to my companion, some red letters show up al down left screen.. i knew that was some kind of problem :)
Its fixed in the next version. I should hopefully have it ready before the week end.
