And my sax!
Youtube.com :D
Hello my friend, i find your worl very intresting. you make relay cool ammo.to the first big axe, its from Moria?, in the Dwarfing smiths of Moria was legendary for them work. and i see the Form, The Dwarfes of Kazad dum have not every time make Weapons with Mithril, but by this one, im not sure. the next axe, a very cool i thing. its from the ironhills, i hope we can left the axe to the hammer and braking shilds with it, switch and push the enemy down xD, the third and last, is a Erebor axe, this is the axe of Gimli, very nice work. You can do it. sorry for my bad english , i,m Normaly german xD
It's origin isn't decided, I had the Blue Mountains on my mind while making it. This is because armours there could match it better.
and to a Question, can you make a Armor from the Ironhills?, they are my favorit Dwarfes, good ammory and weapons, i think it better also from Erebor...
I plan on doing Iron Hills stuff a little bit down the line. I got Dwarven armour already, then some Elven stuff and something after that. When it's all finished I plan on doing Iron Hills :)
Let us not forget that the dwarves of the Ironhills fought only with great mattocks in the lore and they most certanly didint fight with spears or have any goats/boars as mounts. please TheWarArmoury dont go with the Hobbit movies look :)
Well I can promise there will not be any goat cavalry. The most elite unit from the Iron Hills will be using mattocks. But the troop tree will be more diverse than just one type of unit. This means there will likely some sort of spear and shield unit.
Im not sure if you mean don't go with the movie's armour design for the Iron Hills? As this is the plan. I am aware that in the books chainmail is much more common and full plate armour doesn't really exist. The problem with this, along with others, is that it is hard to make units look special and unique. Therefore we will be taking visuals from the movies.
Honestly one of the best features of the Hobbit movies was WETA's designs.
ty for the reply :) And yes ty for no goat riders. I guess i already knew that there is no way possible to make the Ironhill dwarves lore friendly without losing the gameplay. Kinda hard to make a troop tree with only mattocks :D
Have you thought about archer units for dwarves are they goign to use only crossbows or will there be bow unist aswell?
Depending on the faction crossbows and bows will be available.
How many dwarf faction u gonna add? I would like to see Iron hills, erebor, blue mountains, orocarni dwarves maybe?
Khazad dum re-take like scenario battle from start could be awesome and those weapons are for blue mountain right? its matches with them :P
(Still learning modding :P)
At the moment there will be 2 Dwarven factions. Erebor(and the Iron Hills) and the Blue Mountains. Orocarni will be mercenaries and maybe in quests. I've been brainstorming a reclaiming Khazad Dum quest line and am really keen on adding it :)
And yes they are from Ered Luin most likely. Although the second axe was used by the Iron Hills.
(Good to hear:P)
Hello, and a final Qustion for you, Make you Erebor als a Castle`?, out the Movies, that were very cool. Smaug come!, To the Door sons of Durin!, o the Door!
I suspect you mean create a scene for it? That is definitely planned. Although after some of the other scenes first.
Please put as many axes as you can !! and war hammers too... Dwarves are more of two handers and polearm warriors
There will be plenty of variation in the Dwarven weaponry, especially looking between all the clans.
