Haven't been doing much lately, busy.

Changelog is being updated often, to get a more in-depth look at what's going on, have a look at it here:

But one of the new features in 2.1 that I'm pretty excited about is the exploration feature. ACOK have had a fair amount of special locations in it for quite a while, but there was never any reason to explore them. You got nothing for all your effort. But behold!, that has changed.

You can now explore the various locations for an experience bonus. Each location has a certain amount of exploration points, and each time you discover one of them, you get 200 experience. In addition to that, some exploration points will also yield special items that you can keep, or sell for a bit of gold. The Sorrows, in particular, is filled with forgotten treasure. There's currently about 20 explorable locations in-game, including The Inn at the Crossroads, The Tower of Joy and Summerhall, but I plan to add a lot more while I wait for some modelling and texture work to be finished.

Great mod first of all. Can't wait for 2.1

This is just a comment to point out stuff that should in general be changed or I want to change (You may disagree). :)

1. Women Peasents are all bald & Camp Followers.
Instead of all women being bald, I'd like to see some hair on their heads :p

2. Whenever you wander on to the sea, horses walk on water for a moment and then transforms into a boat once you have walked on water for 1-2 seconds.
This is also mainly focused on The Three Sisters where the 4 lords travel from the 3 islands to patrol against enemies and when the islands are that close to eachother, they simply walk on horses from island to island and often battles on sea may suddenly become a battle on solid earth. :p

3. Less stumbling the more agility.
Many people complain about the stumbling and I find it rather interesting, which actually counters you so you can't run backwards and kill an army of 100 soldiers with the easiest option for instance. But it needs to be nerfed in some way, cause I keep stumbling and stumbling.
CHANGE: Reduce stumbling percentage by ?% for each agility and athletics :)

4. Reduce the mini events & their penalties.
I charge a bear with my spear and misses and it mauls my legs. -2 strength
Realistic in some ways, but then 1 day later ingame I shot at a stag/boar with my bow and lost 2 strength again.... SERIOUSLY?!
They also happen quite often and some of them are really annoying cause they only delivers disadvantages :P

That's it for now, love the mod and love the modder, Cozur :)
Hope you read this and find it helpful. The best of luck to you and don't EVER QUIT THIS MOD COZUR!!!!

My life depends on it.

I recall reading that at 6 agility you have a 2% chance of stumbling, though im at 7 agility and still stumble surprisingly frequently.

This is why if you play ACOK without save you'll end up having 1 strength.

He has the nights watch in via a quest system...which is really the best way...makes zero sense to have them as a faction.

Quick suggestion that one of my friends came up with. As soon as you get killable lords working give us the option to pit prisoners against each other in an arena. Also let the player fight them so that we can reenact that scene where Gregor Clegane is murdering prisoners in Season 4. Or we could give them weapons and let them have a trial by combat. But more importantly we would be able to pit lords like Loras and Renly against each other. I feel like a horrible person for actually endorsing that kind of cruelty.

That would be so epic, I would stay all die watching prisoners fighting.

This mod is amazing. I love it and it adds plenty of wonderful things to the already great game. That said it has some cons so here is my pros and cons of the mod.

The game looks absolutely astounding. The armor, the weapons, the lighting, the buildings (both on the map and in scenes) the map. I love Braavos, Kings Landing, The Crossing and Oldtown especially.

There are plenty of new items for trade and I love the Iron Bank in Braavos.

The mod feels amazing. Whenever I describe MB:W to people I use GoT to compare the two. Mount and Blade feels amazing fighting against the Lannisters.

The mod is very fun to play with quests and mini events popping up to make the M&B world more interesting and immersive.

Every part of the map is in depth and well done. With different armors, weapons and items in every corner of the map. I can buy heavy plate in Lannisport and lamellar in Volantis. I can buy fish in the Iron Islands and Oranges in Sunspear.

When you start the game you always have to start in the Weeping Tower. If you could choose from one of a couple major cities/ports in the world (Lannisport, White Harbor, Gulltown, Sunspear, Kings Landing, Braavos as example) but I also understand that would make some quests difficult.

The mini events happen way too often. I must have laughed at the same joke 4 times on my way from Kings Landing to White Harbor for trade.

Stumbling in battles. Basically the same as the mini events, tone them down a bit or have an option to turn them off completely.

Raiding villages doesn't feel as bad as it should and gives a major payoff. While looting caravans gives me half as much as raiding villages. Same with defeated armies. Also more banks and land buying

Not enough infantry. In Most trees there is no top tier infantryman (Sisters, Iron island excluded) There are some medium tier like the Northern Spearmen but nothing amazingly good. An extension of the Spearmen tree or some kind of Dismounted Knight would be nice.

Overall I love this mod and most of its flaws are easy fixes that are just slight annoyances. I know the cons side looks a lot bigger but that's because I have to go into a lot of detail for the small problems.

Cozur's God Complex make this mod not enjoyable, he refuses to listen to fan requests and treats any criticism unwell. All in all, he should have never released this mod if he was going to pretend others that download this mod do not exist in any form apart from to inflate his overblown ego.
