You're not really giving me much to work with here.
Is this save game compatible? If so how do I get my save from 1.31 into this?
To date no release has been backward compatible
Really I just wanted my character I had put all that time into.
if you give him/her the same name you can import their skills and money via the import screen
The riding skill doesn't appear to be working - even when I spend points in it, it remains locked at 0, and while I can equip a mount in my inventory, I am prevented from remounting during the battles.
(I was attempting to remount my courser, and my riding skill from the initial stats was 1, but it shows as a red 0 in the skills panel).
Any help would be much appreciated, but things in 1.4 are looking great so far (though I preferred the old map text font, I'm sure I'll get used to this one too).

It's because skill encumberance is turned ON by default. You can turn it OFF in the mod options menu.

my only real gripe with this version is that some of the armors shown before the mod was released aren't even in the game, such as matthos' armor.
You sure you're playing the correct version? All the armors shown in the images are in the game.
yes 1.4, I searched through the cheat menu and item lists in morghs editor and It's just not there. is it possible I got a messed up download or something?
Amazing can any one tell when i can faind the sellswords i want to check the new thing out with a cheat then play normal :)

It does use a lot of large plot points from the books, I'd recommend reading them before playing the mod as it takes place during the books.

So in the free cities you can only recruit sellswords now right, no more free city troops? Also I'm not able to recruit soldiers from castles, is it supposed to be that way?
Oh yeah and is Qohor supposed to start at war with the Westerlands? For some reason it started like that in my game.
