Hi, I'm SysOp, Main Proyect Leader.
We are making an Open Source project called Arrangement™ (based on Half-Life 1 Engine)
which contains a few Spirit Of Half-Life's features. Am is based on Half-Life 1 Engine.
Arrangement™ is a Single player FPS game that focus hard on gameplay, game's story and level's inmersion. Following that, we have changed everything we can to be sure the player can feel what we really want. Play with player's emotions it's a hard task so, we spend a lot of time finding out details to achieve that.
Arrangement™ is an Open Source project. You can get anything you see on this mod for your own needs. We focus on sharing and I like to help everyone in anyway I can.
Arrangement™ is a mix of action/horror/rpg/puzzle games. That's why the player would laugh, get angry, sad or jump off. Player can gain experience points which can be changed for get new abilities. Every single detail is planned following game design documents and game's story line.
Arrangement™ is mapping friendly. Level desing is the most important piece in a game to my concern. That's why we have changed a lot Hammer's using to give you a new intuitive and faster mapping. Also, every feature we use is easy and most of them can be tested in-game.
Arrangement™ is a realistic game. Every weapon works as it should and your enemies act as they should too. AI methods has been improved a lot to give the player a really good challengue before kill anyone.
Arrangement™ is an old school game. Following big games hits each mission contains a few levels -> each level contains a start, a few encounters and a end -> last level's mission contain a boss and a overall. That guarantee the player have fun no matter what. Also, each missions follows a storyline in where the player can decide his path sometimes, giving up more than a single ending.
Arrangement™ is an eye candy game. We didn't forget we are in 2008... so, a simple mod that looks like Wolfestein 3D wouldn't be enough for you. That means lighting, archiquecture, effects and world's environment has been improved a lot, to give them a new realistic look.
Arrangement™ is the game you expected.

Finally I uploaded Am:REBIRTH!!
What's exactly it is?
Am:REBIRTH Is a modification from ArrangeMent, for HL engine, which is extended to show a improved HL universe.
It contains several maps, new weapons, models, textures, sounds, enemies and effects. Everything you saw on HL Arrangement it's possible here.
However are two important issues:
This version is not on development. So that I won't accept any bug report.
Instalation guide and credits are inside the file.

EDIT: In case of crash, go to your game's menu and select LOAD. Are a lot of checkpoints in-game, so you won't lost your time playing it all again.

You've discovered the secret of the ragdolls!
As they can't animate as the valve company , we cannot do complex ragdolls... It's imposible if you haven't the right equip...
Real ragdolls it's possible, however, we won't use real ragdolls. This method is simple and is not expensive at all. Looks nice and works fine, trust me.
is there ragdoll physiques or did u just make very good animations to make it look like physiques
It isn't true ragdoll physics. The physics system uses many many pre-animated sequences that react and perform just like ragdolls.
Yeah, many many many sequences and collision checks. That's why we guarantee the best tipe as possible and we avoid 'model clipping' problems.
they said the real ragdolls will come with the release... and they confirmed the "ragdolls" in Rebirth to be animations...

Yo por lo general no digo malas palabras hablo bien, pero cuando algo no anda bien yo me planto loco . La verdad que sos un chabon jodido . No postees mas sino vas a hablar de criticas que la verdad si presionas a alguien tnes q saber en q posicion esta. Es muy facil decirlo desde afuera, como un spectador pero siendo el personaje de la historia es realmente dificil.
