Allied Intent Xtended is the most feature rich single player experience there is for BF2. Building upon the great Allied Intent Mod, AIX aims to deliver an amazing array of content which is 100% bot compatible for use in single player and coop gamemodes. With a sea of multiplayer only or partial sp mods out there, AIX's main focus has always been about creating the best experience for SP that we possibly could. It's important to note that while AIX can be played in a multiplayer environment, the nature of this mod will make the conquest MP game modes unfairly balanced as things are created with bots in mind!

Imtheheadhunter from Battle Field Single Player Community has released his first map pack for AIX today! The first pack off the rank includes'End of the Line,' 'Kursk,' 'Maurauders at Midnight,' 'Midway,' 'Snowy park/day/summer,' and 'Solomon Showdown.' A couple of these maps have out of the box gameplay styles which are like team deathmatch. No flag capping, just pure fragging. Others such as the excellent BF1942 remakes Kursk and Midway, provide the traditional Bf2 gameplay with a touch of nostalgia! The Map Pack is available on the DOWNLOAD tab here at Moddb.com

Hello. I want to ask a question. Can this mod be played trough lan cable (both pc's don't have i-net). Thank you.
OK, All I have to say about AIX is, SIMPLY AMAZING. A lot of the new weapons are quite fun to play with. The remakes of the original Dice maps are very good. I am a sniper at heart when it comes to gaming and the rifles that have been put into this game are awesome. Great Mod!

The Map Pack by "imtheheadhunter" has been uploaded to Moddb.com. Once everything gets passed the authorization phase and gets mirrored by Moddb.com it will be available via the Moddb.com download tab from within the AIX profile. A news posting will be posted here once that has been completed.

Nope. Thats a USP Match modeled by our H&K expert Caliber_k :) He loves H&K weapons. HL musta modeled it after the same weapon if you see that pistol in HL.
Another place to see that pistol, and somewhat how it became so famous, its the pistol from Tomb Raider that Angelina Jolie uses :)
HAHA. I suppose if you fired it from prone, it would push you along the ground. Very quickly.
@Iron_Golem - the reason it deviates is it's not meant to be a gun to be fired from the prone position - could you imagine doing that for real with a gun like that? - LOL - couldn't fathom the kick it would have! These guys have always been focused on the single player / CoOp part of the gaming community which EA almost decided to leave out of the game - and the original founder of the Allied Intent team (the original group) pushed them as being a activist for the gaming community and at least got them to add the capability. The people at the Battlefield Single Player community are there for your Single Player / CoOp Needs when it comes to the Battlefield series of games :)
