Anyways, I like the frame of the hud very much, but the buttons and the background of the map seem somewhat generic/flat to me.
I actually just pulled the minimap from some random C&C3 screen.
The black part of the UI is meant to be a bit like the iphone, in that its all part of one flat screen.
