Those fighting for Israel and Islam separately contemplate their fates, wondering how it came to this. They share the same god, yet kill each other in his name. They face similar hardships, yet aim to compound them in the other. How is it that one of the most sacred places known to man, has seen so much bloodshed? M1A3 Abrams and F-35's may have replaced knights and horses, police action may have replaced religious fervor but the fact remains that at the end of the day, the Holy Land may yet again be under control of the West.
