Mafia multiplayer (MMP) is a mod allowing mobsters worldwide to play Mafia online. With a robust code and a really good network optimization, you cannot get any better performance online. There were many attempts to this day, and they have failed. Nevertheless, their failure will not go unrewarded. We have learned from their mistakes which allowed us to go even further in our development. Soon, you will never play alone again.

So we’re truly sorry we couldn’t make this release. There is currently a list of things that is not done yet, that we all think are crucial to a good multiplayer game and experience that holds the release back. Sorry.
And it was of course, very stupid to promise a release like this.

They still don't have release.So you can't download it.
Possibly a dead mod, just for the fact that there is no updates, or even progress on their main website.
