Psionics Mutator
Unreal Tournament 2004 mod | Released May 17, 2007
The Psionics mutator adds special powers to ordinary UT2004 gameplay allowing for a more tactical style of game. It works with all game types of UT2004, has full AI bot support as well as full multiplayer online support for the broadest variety of gameplay possible. The current list of moves includes:
- Levitation - Who needs gravity?
- Perception - Your opponents can no longer hide
- Telekinesis - Fling your opponents around for fun
- Blast - Shatter opponents into multiple pieces
- Shield - I am invincible
- Sight - See what your opponents see
- Transport - Like teleporting only .. well it is teleporting
- Invisibility - Now you see me, now your squinting, now your swearing
- Spider - Run on any surface, walls, ceilings, you name it
- Zen - Relax...Recover...Kick ASS
The psionics mutator comes with it's own configurations menu and a host of options and descriptions of moves. The zip file also comes with a detailed manual.
Requires the 3369 patch.
Can now also download the full source code for you to experiment and tweak to your hearts content, just remember that any changes will result in the result becoming incompatible with the current version 1.0 release. Probably best if you rename the folder and files and then modify. A tutorial has been placed up both identifying how the source code goes together and how to create your own moves.

The psionics mutator version 1.0 source code has been released to the general public. This source release contains the version 1.0 source with full commenting.
The reason I have done this is to encourage more people who are beginning modding to complete their dreams. The psionics source will allow people like this to see how various things are done in the UT2004 (UE2) engine and can follow the example to make some really cool new stuff. This knowledge can then easily be ported over to UT3 to create new content for the new engine.
Also stay tuned for the upcoming version 2.0 release for UT3, with more moves, more options and a lot more fun.

Bwuahaha it's awesome with AirBuccaneers, Levitate and Blast/Telekinesis should make boarding even more fun. :)

Telekinesis doesnt work for me even though i have full power it says that there isnt enough power:(

The mutator shows up in the list but when i click the "configure" button there are no options whatsoever. shame.

Problem solved max sure you have the ece bonus pack and the latest patch which was version 3369 for me after i installed both of them it works now. im guessing only the patch is the necesary part.
Thanks Ender, it's probably just the patch you need to update, I've tested it on some non-ece bonus pack computers and it works.
