Forgotten Honor Mod

Forgotten Honor mod was developed for the tournament with the same name. The Mod is actually a "minimod" based on Forgotten Hope, but since all development on Forgotten Hope stopped we started to create an extension, with new army new vehicles, new hand weapons, new classes, new textures, new features, new sounds and new maps! All is based on historical facts from WW2 and has been configured to make the game play as fun as possible. Therefore we thank all that participated and still are participating in attempt to redeveloped the game and try to make it as entertaining as possible. If you want to have fun while exploring forgotten battles of WW2 and want to experience harsh environment that WW2 made then this is the game for you. From Forgotten Honor Devs

First there is new Japanese plane Nakajima Ki-27a and Nakajima Ki-27b, We would also like to show you new cold weapons. This is all for now from our mod team.

yeah great work..but bf42 is purdy darn old now..but still a great game...so mod away...i'd suggest bf2 though.

Well we are a big group of people that beside the mod run a tournament 32 vs 32 with the mod and every week costumized map according to scenario of historical battle. Since tournament is playing it's 6th Campaign and Campaign is in South - East Asia with Commonwealth vs Japan the mod contains mainly equipment used by those two armies.

About migration from bf42 to bf2, well a lot of players can't handle bf2 requirements to play and those players will stay on bf42 as long there is anything to do. We are thinking about it, but there is so much other most that are working on bf2 platform, so people that will wanna play bf2 mods can do that. But until the end of this campaign, which is still 16 weeks away (16 battles to play on 16 costumized maps, with British, Australians, Dutch, Gurkha's, Japan,..)
