Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you 7th Serpent!
In a nutshell it is an episodic single-player Max Payne 2 Mod with a brand new story, characters and setting, and retaining the same old sublime gunplay and cinematic-flair laden sequences.
So why should you care?
Because we have gone out of our way to offer great-looking environments that rival Max Payne 2's, but are yet a completely different experience; We have devised fresh and exciting gameplay scenarios that break new ground from what you have to come to expect from a Mod; We have injected our project with high production values across the board, ranging from a new graphic novel with custom quality artwork to voice overs recorded by talented actors and a full orchestral soundtrack from a big-shot Hollywood composer.
In other words this means on our first release you get to fight in a near-futuristic urban arena and battle armed SWAT teams, military APC's, Tanks, Helicopters, Humvees and do all sorts of cool stuff. You guys want a true single-player Mod experience? Well, we are giving you just that much!
The first chapter of 7th Serpent, "Crossfire", has already entered closed beta-testing and will be made available within two weeks. It's a different kind of Mod by a different kind of team. No bullshit, no painful periods of ultimately false hype, what you see and what you hear is what we already have done and what you will most definitively get very soon!
