Unsung heroes: Korea is an modification for BF1942 based on historical and military accuracy, the subject being; the Korean war of 1950-3 of course. the forgotten war, a subject that is often over looked, but interesting none the less. the following is a list of vehicles that we plan to have in game (some of which are already in BF1942)

So you may ask, 'why BF1942?' well, a number of reasons, for instance, since the BF42 engine and graphics are older, things like increasing draw distance, more accurate ballistics, and game physics would be easier to run, especially for older computers, than they would on newer games. and to be honest its just easier too work with. Though versions for BFV, BF2, and even Red Orchestra have been discussed, may be embarked upon in the future, after the successful completion, and release, of this version. until then though this mod team will continue to work in BF42.

there very good there and im sure as soon as you mention korea they'll jump in for the kill.
so go there register and make sure you put it in the bf1942 section and not the battlefield vietnam.

eh... we need to get actual moddelers, and skinners first hehe, all we have right now is a coder/skin editor, me (i can edit skins and map), and commander 29 who has "connections" but im working on it, so if u know any one who can help please tell me.

alien fire fox your on thin ice, i deleted your comment as you may have noticed, now normaly i would tollerate your stupidity but your comment brain fucked me, where did you get this info, because im generaly the first one to point out americas flaws, but the aussies did jack shit compared to them, there where about 100,000 commonwealth troops (thats aussies (17,000) brits (63,000) new zealanders (1,300 mostly arty crew), canada (23,000)) compared with 500,000 americans and 600,000 SK's, they did most of the fighting, and dont ever, ever think other wise. (oh and look up the gloucestershire regiment next time you get a chance please, or any of these units Britains-smallwars.com )
but also dont think im saying that the assies didnt fight hard long, and to the very end when it came to that, they were an important, but relitivly small, member of the UN fighting force
there is a vast difference between equipment used by US and Commonwealth forces where as common wealth forces used almost the same equipment with only minor differences, more over im not going to have a seperate faction for every country that fought in the war, 18 different countries provided combat units to the united nations force, once again the commonwealth troops were all grouped into one division completly seperate from US forces, i cant find any evidence us and commonwealth troops fighting side by side in the same manner that UK, Canadian, and aussie troops fought together. if i give in to your demands whats to stop turks, ethiopians, belgeans, and frogs, from requesting i put their factions ingame too? please... im doing tireless research on this, and in an ideal world id agree with you, but for the perposes of a game its just not feasable, maybe in version 2.0, but for the moment id like to concentrait on more important matters, and next time think before you post.
and i spose you may as well just class the americans as the commonwealth too because we fought by there side too when they fought
