Barney's Tales is a total conversion of the original Half-Life Blue Shift add-on. Source Engine, used in mod, will allow us to visit the world of the scary Black Mesa Research Facility once more. Security officer Barney Calhoun, undecided major, was going on his first shift in a research facility. He put on his uniform, got his Glock-18 in the armory and set out for the Sector 3. Suddenly, Barney felt an explosion and the lift he was going by fell down. Next thing he saw when consciousness returned was a strange alien creature tearing a scientist. With the personnel and security officers at his side Barney must escape the Black Mesa before it becomes a blazing crater...

Black Mesa inbound anyone? I see many architectural relations to Black Mesa's, Inbound chapter.
This is THE SAME place. I wonder if Black Mesa looked like Cloud City from SW: Episode V, whatever.
The only time I've seen those blue chairs is BM screen shots, now I've seen them here too.
You could have gone a different direction to BM and still made it awesome you know :S

Same place? Compare Black Mesa inbound with Half Life inbound, then look at this. Its a total rip of Black Mesa's inbound.
Black Mesa Inbound is the title of the first chapter of Half-Life, and both the mod Black Mesa and this have screenshots remaking that very same area.

Well, I don't mind there being simularitys between then. I like it.
Playing Half-Life 1 total conversion by BlackMesaSource and then playing this after will make it more real with there being the same types of things. (Such as chairs etc...) You want to be able to recognise where you were with Gordon freeman.
Anyway.. You get what I mean.

nice, much better than the original. but the balcony may be overdoing it. if its taken out, the ceiling would look bare, but the ceiling could be dropped...
