During a routine exercise, Sonic and Co. are alerted to a disturbance on the Floating Island. There, Eggman and his badnik army are excavating for a lost Chaos Emerald of immense power. Sonic & Shadow combine forces once again to thwart Eggman's attempt to imprison the planet, but Eggman escapes with the emerald in tow. Unbeknown to them all, the future is about to change for the worse, once the power of the emerald re-awakens one of Mobius' oldest threats.
A:DR is an action adventure modification for Unreal Tournament 2004 based on the adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. The player will assume the role of Sonic the Hedgehog (and friends) to save planet Mobius from his nemesis Dr. Ivo 'Eggman' Robotnik and the nefarious Ashura.

After months of conceptual talking and "this sounds good, that sounds good", we're finally starting to drag our feet along here. In the past week we've acquired a few new team members, each one playing an important part in developement.
Joining the ranks of the Ashura: Dark Reign team is:
N°tAdmin
Mapper / Cinematics.
Xaklse
Power up Coder.
Digimaks
Concept Artist / Mapper / Staticmesh Modeller.
So getting past the welcoming ceremony: what are we working on?
Well, as of today we have 2 DM maps in the works (Yes, mappage, finally.) And Individual hoverboards are being designed and modelled for the different potential multiplay characters in the mod, Thoguh no work has begun on the Extreme Riders gametype. (Think roadrash with hoverboards. None of this XTREME GEAR LOL crap.) Recently we got our first online playtest of the models (Mostly me getting owned by Dekrayzis) and they work like a charm. No surprise since they work fine in instant action, but it was worth noting.
That's just about all I can say for now. More updates as they merit.

this isn't even close to a recreation of sonic the hedgehog 3, where did you get that idea from?

i wasnt even anticipating that you'd add them in here, i have only seen them in knuckles chaotix (i havent played segasonic the hedgehog, so i dont know if they're in there, are they in there? or any other games?)

incredible monitors, are the up and down arrow monitors the same ones as in knuckles chaotix, which make the character grow and shrink?
