This modification adds the Tyranid race, from the tabletop war-game Warhammer 40k from which Dawn of War was based on, to the game. The Tyranids are an alien race, threatening the imperium from the edge of the galaxy, living only to feast upon the flesh of their foes. They are a fearsome adversary, but an even better ally! That's why our mod allows you fight with and for the great Tyranid race, swarm the enemy with hundreds of hormagaunts, stamp on your foes with the huge carnifex and devour your opponent from within with the deadly lictor. We aim to show players of Dawn of War what the fantastic Tyranids are and attempt to keep as true to the feel of the race as possible.

I've just uploaded the 0.45-DC Multiplay Fix which will allow you to use our mod in multiplayer matches (sorry about that).

If you get sync errors while playing multiplayer, it's been suggested that you should try moving your AAAAAAAA.module and WXPMod_DCMod.dll files in the main Dark Crusade folder to a separate folder.

what is HAMACHI?
Hamachi is a virtual lan type effort that lets u direct connect to my or gwerbret01`s games if u know the i.p address, you can connect to anybodies games who has Hamachi installed
After some difficulties, I managed to download and try this mod. It's GREAT! =) great work guys. Such interesting models! I was a bit worried at first that it didn't have builders and other things (ie. not fully "DOW" playable) but it was, and devastating.. ! It's really well-done. Kudos to all your hard work.
Hey, Zaha what is going on with the main site, I can't reach it in any way, says it's forbidden.
We've just got our hosting back on the main site as of about two days ago. We're just sorting out the CPanel login, and then I'll start setting it up again.
This mod only strengthens my love for Dawn of War. Unfortunately, I've never played the table top game, as I have no monies. Oh well, I'll just stick to Dawn of War I guess! :D
Install the mod, then the multiplayer fix, this enables you to play the nids online or lan in multiplayer. Any of you guys use HAMACHI? if so we hold games on a regular basis, just let me know if ya intrested.
