The Game
Inspired by TacticalOps, a game based on Epic's awardwinning UnrealEngine, a group of friends took an ambitious step, creating a sequel to their favorite game on a new level of UnrealTechnology.
Led by the people behind TacticalOps and TOST, backed up by a bunch of artists, modellers, mappers and supporters, the team behind TO: Crossfire pushes the limitations of Epic's Unreal Engine 2.
Facing the choice of bringing terror to the world or fighting it, you will be part of decisive battles at locations you will not forget. What a release!
We're sorry that we missed to post some news here, we were too busy getting our asses whipped on the servers :) The day we've waited so long for has finally come and people are already playing for hours on the 286 public servers!
Now you get the chance to judge what we think represents a unique, fast and fun game - together with hundreds of other players all around the world

my mistake, now ive installed the fix and it works...
Hey! How about if u want to play this on a private lan and all? I noticed the Listen function was gone when trying to create a game. Could it be possible to get it back some way? :)

Package TO2_MapActors version Mismatch??
Same over here... I cant figure out whats wrong. I installed the zip file and wanted to get in a server and then I got this error: Failed launching URL; Package "TO2_*name of map*" version mismatch
Does neone know how to fix this problem, when I try to join an interent game server it says

Will the password be posted up on this forum on April the 28th, and will it be posted tonight after 12am??
For those of you who do not kno, there is an official release of the game and you can get it right here Forums.tactical-ops.to but there is a password required which I have heard will be released on the 28th. In order for one of the links to work you must obtain BitTorrent or another torrent program, and also keep in mind this is a UT2k4 Add-on mod therefor you will need the actaul ut2k4 game in order to play TO:CF.
