The Game Inspired by TacticalOps, a game based on Epic's awardwinning UnrealEngine, a group of friends took an ambitious step, creating a sequel to their favorite game on a new level of UnrealTechnology. Led by the people behind TacticalOps and TOST, backed up by a bunch of artists, modellers, mappers and supporters, the team behind TO: Crossfire pushes the limitations of Epic's Unreal Engine 2. Facing the choice of bringing terror to the world or fighting it, you will be part of decisive battles at locations you will not forget. Rescue hostages, blow up a building, gain information, assassinate a target - there is a vast variety of possibilities to decide a battle! And thus the assault continues ...

Some time has passed since our X-Mas Media Flood but now we're back with a Bigger Bang! We're proud to present you one of the most characteristic weapons out there that will deliver you this bang, an all-time classic from TacticalOps: the Raging Bull.
If you manage to survive against a Raging Bull in the hands of an experienced opponent in close combat you can consider yourself lucky. Expect some tense close combat - maybe on OBJ-CaspianSea.to2
Pere-Fouetard's excellent map which theme is based in Kazakhstan is one of the maps that will be released within Public Beta 1. A very narrow and sneaky layout makes gameplay fast and tense. Have a look and watch the CaspianSea Teaser Video! (Hi-Res / Low-Res)
As a newbie you will have a hard stand on CaspianSea but also experienced players sometimes bite their keyboards and throw away their mice in frustration. Our newest member of the Development Team - bukKkk - experienced that too and wrote about it in his blog. Maybe that's why his first TO:Comic covers this in such clear lines. Don't miss the premiere of his hilarous caricature of Everyday Gamer's Life - expect more to see from him in the following weeks on our forums.
While buKkk was working together with Spin on improved muzzleflashes I was interviewed by a magazine for gaming on the Mac, macinplay.de
Covering countless topics you can read up on the answers here (German original) or here (English translation). The whole interview took us 3 hours.
The next issue of played! magazine will also cover an interview with the team, so don't miss the free download!
