Run. Think. Shoot. Live. Source. Black Mesa is the Half-Life 2 total conversion of the original Half-Life game. Utilizing the Source engine and its endless array of possibilities and powers, Black Mesa will throw you into the world that started the Half-Life continuum and introduced Gordon Freeman to the world as a gun-toting, bullet-dodging Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics.

It's... Beautiful. It almost brings me to tears. =')
God this is ridiculously professional, I wonder if you guys can go retail?
holly shit its totally diffrent from the origenal
Bluedrake, it's not IF they COULD go pro, it's if WE want them to. I mean, for a mod, this is amazing, but if it went Pro, Valve -could- sue, if they go Pro before this is done. Also, I dun wanna pay, really. :P
Is this actually being rendered on Source? Honestly, it looks too good to be true.
Really am looking forward to playing this part of the game again.
Of course this is being rendered on source, :)
Wow, it's so crisp and clean!
Wonderful job!
Will the Alien grunts and Vortigaunt slaves ,Still spamm around the cornors??
It was SO FREAKEN ANNOIYNG (And kinda unrea-listic) wasn't it supposed too be randomly or something? ,Hope the BM team will change that
When i said: Wasn't it supposed too be Random-ly or something?
I meant: Edit:- Wasn't they supposed too teleport random-ly??
It was a ''Accident'' It's not that the aliens actually controls the teleportation tehnology ,So i say quite the spamming teleportations and make it randomly ,instead spamming Green-Light-Zaps-teleportation at same place whith same Monsters/Npc's.
no im pretty sure that they can control where they teleport. ive read on stuff on valves wiki page and they say stuff bout the teleportation
Ooohh well. and it is a important place!
So that could explain why they keep ''teleporting'' in around here!
I believe my computer will cry when this mod comes out...
About the comment about Valve sueing developers for using Source, from what I've heard, and just read in the steam subscribers agreement, anyone who wants to use their "mod" for commercial(profit) purposes may contact Valve about the deal
