how are you going to balence it , a whole sector battlefleet with spacemarine help couldnt punch through its shield
also i hope i doesnt look like this, this is like something from an old transformers cartoon
this is an artist rendition of the World Engine there is no actual sactioned picture as for balancing this is an endgame unit for it will be super expensive pop and resource wise for it will be their super weapon and titan so it will take your entire fleet to take it down but it will have the longest build time, be the slowest Necron ship aswell it will need some support
