In a future, not far away, the world is conmotioned by the unthinkable. The air is filled with blood, with thirst, famine, and disaster. And furthermost, possible world destruction.
2021: Cataclysm focuses the RA2:YR engine on an entirely new universe, where massive democracies hide the truth to their citizens, constituting questionable empires, whose only interest is to sweep the world in the seek for power. They hold the world in an iron grip, and where small groups of nations banded together in an effort to rebel against them.
An epic TC created as part of a much bigger project, ArgCmdr's pulling out all the stops to make sure this thing will be one of the largest conversions of a popular RTS engine.
Command either the far-flung Fascist imperials and their juggernaut of opression, fighting with Opressor cannons, Persecutor elite guard, and the cream of ground warfare, the Behemoth four-legged assault vehicle.
Or, fight on the side of freedom and aided by the Liberator elite, the advanced laser tank "Gladiator" and the ultimate in aerial warfare, the Colossus flying fortress, you will crush the fascists and bring peace upon the world once more.
Be affected besides, by the new discoveries, visitations, and of course, the incoming endtime the cataclysm should represent.
With an own, wide and copyrighted storyline, which will be base of two other projects, plus a new whole music theme list, and videos, this project constitutes the last big project for RA2YR
2021: Cataclysm. The apocalypse has begun.
As of today, im working on build 28. This will add the new EVAs and main menu UIs. Meanwhile four voice actors are being dedicated to this, me and Daz keep up modelling vehicles. Almost all of the Rebel units are already done (except 2 or 3), and the next step would be the Fascist remaining tanks. Lord Kal and me will be dealing with the remaining infantry (less than half), and we will possibly hold a beta test after that. On the first public release, its planned:

All of the new graphics and sounds
New menus, videos etc.
Im leaving missions (which need code adjustments but are 90 done) and the other theatres for v 2,0, quite possibly, in order to provide apublic version sooner.
Were currently moving servers, so the site is unavailable fo rthe next 3 days. Were meanwhile designing a new layout, and expanding information on the new theatres.
