The CTW versions of the mod will let you play campaigns and use the editor to create scenarios with mod features (units, buildings, etc.).
There are two CTW versions, one for RON TaP and one for RON EE.
This because the data files are in different folders and you have to select the right one for your RON version.

Will there come one time an update for this so that I can use the WW2 buildings and units in Scenario mode to build my own world, because there are only standard units and buildings and only on campaign mode I have all the American,German, Russian..... War machine it would be nice if I could use them into my own scenarios also.
can you add hms hood to australia and nelson class to new zealand then all the british ships can join up cuz those nations were colonies of britain and can you also add the dutch 1047 plan this ship is similar to the scharnhorst but designed for the dutch in 1939.

Hi,
you can modify the availability to the nations in the file "unitrules.xml", if you want. It can be found in "...Rise of Nations\Thrones and Patriots\data\"
For example: search in this file for "Nelson". Then there is a block of around 57 lines to describe the unit. 39 lines below the first "nelson"-entry, you will find the nations (tribes), for which this unit is available:
<TRIBE_MASK>000000000000100000000000</TRIBE_MASK>
The "1" at position 13 is for Great Britain. If you wanna add it to New Zealand as well, have to add a "1" at position 7:
<TRIBE_MASK>000000010000100000000000</TRIBE_MASK>
Save and done. Now the Nelson is available for New Zealand as well. (Keep a backup copy of the unitrules.xml, just in case.)
