The No More Room in Hell mod is a total conversion modification for the game Half-Life 2. It pits a small group of human players against a overwhelming horde of undead, flesh eating zombies. The mod takes place in a small mid-western city in the United States. There, the humans must try to escape the city alive by any means necessary. This means that the use of vehicles will be crucial to survival against the undead. The mod is co-op, which means that you will be playing side by side with other people from around the world to fight the zombies, which are computer controlled NPCs. Because the mod is using Half-Life 2's Source gaming engine, we hope to make this one of the scariest and most frightening mods to date. In this modification we plan to use the full extent of Half-Life 2's physics for ultimate game play. To put this in example form we have plans for a wooden bat that will break after heavy use. We also plan on taking advantage of the advanced map sizes for large cities...

Secondly we would like to announce several new additions to the No More Room in Hell team. We have hired two new animators, Ryan and Wolf. We also have the return of one of our previous animators, Pow89, to the team. They will be working diligently to make sure our zombies look amazing ingame. We have also hired an new programmer, Xavier.
In mapping news we have just hired a brand new mapper to the team, Malfunction. He is currently working on "Main Street" a map he started for nmrih as a tryout map. Malfunction will be working with General Vivi to create some new maps for our secondary game mode, “Mini-Barricade”. You can check out some of the screenshots below.

--Finally we have a brand new sound trailer created by Luke from Sonic Valley. Give it a listen and let us know what you think!
That’s all we have for now. Keep an eye out for some more media coming your way shortly. We have been making great strides in development recently and we can’t wait to show you our progress.
Thanks,
Nmrih Team
