Penny Arcade : Birds Are Still Weird is a faithful representation of the comic book universe portrayed in the Penny-Arcade comic strip. Players will be able to play as one of their favorite characters in a select number of locations using various weapons to defeat one another. The ultimate goal ? Fun and Frags. This mod was given the green light by creator Gabe (Mike Krahulik)himself!

The mod is still in full progress as I've started laying out more details of our selected environments and weapons and applications for certain jobs have been coming in amass. Hopefully the first release will be made by July at this rate!
- Works In Progress -
Nintendo Zapper : This modified 9Volt battery carrying NZ-1 will come in two fabulous colors and can be dual wielded.
Dremcast LightGun : The sarcasm is the word light, This badboy takes 4 AA batteries and packs a meaner punch then the zapper. The screen on the back also can be used as a trusty zoom.
The Tube : Not just a tube, THE TUBE, crafted 3 ft high out of sturdy cardboard, the pon in weapon is a best friend in up close encounters.
A character model update :
Cardboard Tube Samurai : The first wielder of the trusted Tube, a perhaps ancestor of Gabe, the Samurai was named after the weapon he held true and dear to defend..things..from things! ( Hat to be added and random other details )
Textures to follow for the guns and samurai as well as some more W.i.Ps.

This is not "Cardboard Tube Showdown". It's something nowhere near as pro :(
ffs, the simple cardboard tube isn't even textured and it still released as big promotional material! WTF!?!?
It was considered as joke material.. Some people dont get it I guess.
In any case I admire the work done on the JKA mod but I hope to accomplish more and actual be able to make it to final production.
Took like 20 hours to do, made me giggle. leilei are you ever not pissed off?
