This mod adds the military as a faction and brings in never before seen units. Also revamps Hierachy and the masari plus other balance issues and gameplay.

Universe at War Expanded Edition's Plan for the Novus Faction

Well, we as a team understand how many fans of the mod would be dissapointed that the Novus faction will be unable to appear in the mod. However, we've incorperated a new system that will allow Novus to still be part of the mod. This system will be set up like this:

  • This new system will be 'Novus Alliance'

  • The Military will gain the ability to summon the Novus Creation Center when Moore's branch purchaced. For each tier bought in that branch, a new unit will be available to recruit from the Creation Center

  • These units will be Ohm Robots (tier 1), Blade Troopers (tier 2), Mirabel (tier 3), and the Reflector (tier 4)

  • The Reflector is a new Novus unit. It has no primary attack, but redirects projectiles fired near it, much like the Reflector Turret. It can move and reveals stealthed units in its line of sight

  • Last, Mirabel and Victor will gain a new ability. When Victor dies, Mirabel will rise from the wreckage to make a last stand. If she survives, you can take her to the Creation Center to have Victor rebuilt.

So that is the overall plan for the Novus faction. Pictures will come soon ;)

I cannot wait for it, but unfortunately, I cannot join the private beta due to the schoolworks and mid-term exams... (Moreover, since I'm living in Korea, there is quite a large time difference with you...)

were going to add the best human side available with new campaigns but first we want the map editor out so we can see the scripting ect.

Look at the military reskins there awesome and are much better than UAW's.
