Well I finally got around to properly setting up the forums properly, and now there are actual forums on the forums, If you are just going to bash the mod and make accusations then don't even go there, I won't hesitate to I.P ban you.
Please stop it with the mod bashing, I'm not ripping models and never will, yes I am using some models from google sketchup, but I have asked to use them and am allowed. credit for the models from sketchup go to:

Yes, you can use the Pelican. However, I believe it will be equipped with just its classic chaingun and no rockets since it is meant to be a transport.
