Nod's have used remainds of CABAL's processor (scaning data sectors).. to create new technology to improve there robotic and cyborg army,creating a completly new force that will be throwen to hunt down and destroy GDI trader forces.CABAL-2 now is only a chip..and is sealed in metalic core..It isnt dangerous ..untill you plug in it in to your computer.. But GDI still has the main power over the planet,as usual they have many war contracts with a lots war machine constructing companies..all over the world..so they will have many new deathly units that will help to dispel the Brotherhood from the planet.
