Hello Guys!
We haven't met in a long time, but now we're making up for it, because we've come with a lot of good news!
Since I think this is the most important issue for everyone, first a little status report on the current state of the game!
After a long break, we have finally managed to get back in the saddle and I can safely say that we have been going at an awfully good pace with the development over the last few months! Everything is slowly starting to fall into place and we have reached the final stage of development, where we are dealing with the addition of the last game elements and the polishing of the existing ones.
According to our current state, if all goes well, the game will definitely be completed this semester and the announcement of the release date is getting closer! So get ready for an awesome and creepy adventure and have your spare pants ready!
We still have a lot of work to do with the game, such as making translations into different languages, creating controller support, completing voice acting tasks or putting together different cutscenes properly. There are also various extras players will be able to access after completing the game.
So there is still plenty left, but it’s really the endgame and the light at the end of the tunnel is shining brightly!
And with this, we would like to thank everyone who follows and supports us. It means the world to us that so many of you are counting on us and our upcoming game.

It seems strangely almost like you modded Paranoia and used a lot of it's assets to make this... probably because you did. I'm not sure how I feel about that. It just seems a bit in bad taste, considering they did a lot of the work for you.
But anyway, I guess it's still a good mod so far. But the lack of difficulty modes is definitely a minus.

Mistake is a great, original, and creepy mod. The ambience of the facility is for the most part very austere, forlorn, and suspenseful.
More and more monsters do appear only towards the end of this mod. The textures are very high quality and also original.
I did have to use 'no-clip' cheats at least a hand-ful of times in order to be able to enter closed and locked doors and gates -that were 'supposed' to "open," but which failed to unlock and open due to some errors in the scripts of this mod. If I had not used the 'no-clip' cheats, I would've been stuck and would not have been able to continue my journey through this mod...
"Mistake" is one of the best Half-life user mods I have played through. I wish that it were significantly longer. It isn't a 'short' mod but it isn't very long and would've been a much better mod -near perfect- had it been significantly longer. I rate "Mistake" an 8/10.
I hate horror games but i can see how this mod succeeded in this. Try "Grey" the sequel if you didn't yet. Link:

sadly is only steam version
I've tried the opengl.dll that came with the mod, but it doesn't work. The flashlight is a pinprick in size and is practically useless, does anyone have any suggestions or fixes?
I know this is an old comment, but you might try making the opengl.dll read-only and putting it in the base Half-Life folder. Steam is weird about these kind of files.
