Brutal DOOM is by far the best DOOM mod that I've played. It's got everything that you're looking for, horrid amounts of gore and demons screaming in agony as you dismember their limbs or other body parts. It's also very compatible with a vast amount of add ons such as DoomMetalVol4 which I just cannot go without. Being able to be this ultimate badass killing demons in the most morbid ways whilst playing hardcore metal in the background really puts that awesome feeling of just obliterating hordes of demons and being this demon slaying beast. The inhabitants of hell could only dream of being as monstrous as Doom Guy when you play this mod. Also, DOOM 2016 weapons for an add on? **** yes!
