- 3DSMax8 to create maps and models
- gMax to create some minor assets sometimes
- The Level Editor to set up maps and model properties
- Any decent audio and/or video editor supporting MP3's

It will be, we hope this summer maybe a bit later. But we're a good way ahead :) Everything in the game will be public: Source Code for Game Client, Server Console, Map/ModPackage Editor.
Don't be fooled by our game's rating. A dozen members of a "rival community" decided to downvote it a while ago. Very stupid but whatever.

Above 3DSMax 8 the W3D tools and importers are not supported unfortunately :(

Mission 01 based on the GDI M01 from Single Player with the beach, farm area, church etc is nearing completion, maybe a day or two it'll be done i hope. Then i'm gonna need a few people 5 or so myself included to test the difficulty and gameplay flow a bit. Anyone up for that?

Add several Moderator/Admin chat commands such as
"!mute <player> true|false"
"!money <player>" to grant 10.000 credits
"!moneyall" to grant everyone 10.000 credits
"!godmode <player>" to place them into an unkillable Chuck Norris with a bunch of weapons and superspeed
"!modset health|armor|speed|type" to change your health (max 2000), armor (max 2000), speed and type nod (0) or gdi (1) without changing team
"!spec" to go into spectating mode where you cannot be seen by bots and can fly around at highspeed
"!givevet <player> amount" to give someone free veteran points to level up
"!visible <player> true|false" to make a player invisible to bots and defenses, they wont target them anymore then
"!put <targetplayer> <sourceplayer>" to put/teleport a player to the location of another player
Speaking of updates: The client is now updated with the latest Renegade patch from Tiberian Technologies, v 4.3. In addition to this the code is now built in Visual Studio 2015.

Git doesn't allow big binary files i think? Only code files.
The SVN server we run allows all that and it is great for pushing updates to players whom are testing it.
We could maybe move to git once testing phase is over. I am working on a SDK which includes the editor, dedicated server and vc2012 code.
I should have Mission 01 done next week or so, i don't have time to finish it this weekend :(

That's what we're doing. Making our own Launcher. Along with code, server and game files that will be made public.
Oh and a serverlist that accepts any server, not like 'selecting' who can and cannot host a server as W3DHub does it. They didn't accept our server officially because "not enough players" lol. That's not the real reason but whatever. PS: None of our files are related to Gamma or Delta.
Answers will come in time. We're still working on it :)
